These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of Products to you (Contract). Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any Products from our site. Please note that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the other documents expressly referred to in it.

You should print a copy of these Terms or save them to your computer for future reference.

2. OUR PRODUCTS
2.1 The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.
2.2 Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible to ensure that the Products we supply correspond as closely as possible with those shown on our site, they may nevertheless vary due to the unique and characteristic variations of the materials used. We are not responsible for any such variations, which add to the unique quality of the Products, including but not limited to the following:

(a) Wood is a natural material with unique characteristics such as shade variation, random scars and blemishes and its appearance may alter as it ages, particularly if it is exposed to sunlight and heat;

(b) Leather is also a natural material with truly individual characteristics, and therefore although we only select Products made using quality leathers, nevertheless natural markings, scars, shade variation and individual characteristics are to be expected and each hide is unique. The appearance of leather may alter as it ages, particularly if it is exposed to sunlight and heat, and the leather may soften and display lines and creases with age;

(c) To help you visualise how different leathers or fabrics will work in your home, we may provide you with swatches which represent the leather or fabric design and colour. However the Product supplied may differ to the swatch due to normal variations in manufacturing (for example, colours are absorbed according to the specific characteristics of the individual hide in the case of leather, and in the case of fabrics, colour and texture may vary slightly from the swatch due to manufacturing processes);

(d) Product colour and shade may vary from one manufacturing batch to another;

(e) All Product measurements are approximate, and although they are reasonably accurate variations will occur. You should allow for variations of +/- 2% when considering the sizes stated;

(f) We reserve the right to make any changes to the Product specifications (external and/or internal) and any other changes where necessary.

2.3 The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on our site.
2.4 All Products shown on our site are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order if made.
